In the atmosphere, shorter wavelengths such as blue and violet scatter more strongly than red, which is why a clear sky looks blue. The Cielo uses nano-structured optics to reproduce that Rayleigh scattering effect in a recessed ceiling panel, producing a deep azure sky tone.

A 30° tilted beam then throws angled light across the nearest wall, like sunlight slanting through a real skylight. That angled wash is what gives the sky its depth and clarity.

The dimmable output supports the full day. Run a bright sunlight mode in the morning, then switch to an ultra-low-brightness moonlight mode in the evening.

Where you place the Cielo relative to a wall controls where the angled light lands. Three measurements matter:

• M: the distance from the outer edge of the decorative frame to the wall.
• H: the distance from the upper edge of the projected light to the ceiling.
• N: the height of the lit area on the wall, which is determined by H.

The relationship between the two placement values is M = 1.7 x H. For example, to start the lit area 30 cm below the ceiling, place the edge of the frame about 51 cm from the wall. Adjust the distance from the wall (M) to move the lit area up or down.

Key measurements to confirm before ordering:

• Aluminum ceilings: the Cielo is fitted by default, so no opening holes are required.
• Gypsum and other non-aluminum ceilings: purchase the accessory package separately. It contains 4 hanging brackets, 4 hanging assemblies, 4 hanging cords with rings, 2 safety cords, and a magnetic ornamental frame.

Confirm opening and frame dimensions with C&C before cutting. Installation must be completed by a qualified electrician or contractor in accordance with local building and electrical codes.

The Cielo is controlled over Bluetooth mesh and is dimmable from bright sunlight scenes to ultra-low moonlight scenes.

To add voice and smart-home control, pair it with a compatible Bluetooth mesh gateway (sold separately). With a gateway, the Cielo works with Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant, and Amazon Alexa.

The Cielo is built to the 3060 standardized size, designed to match common integrated ceiling modules, and supports multi-joint installation. Several units can sit side by side to form one larger sky, creating a wide window effect across a hallway, kitchen, or living room.

What ceilings does the Cielo fit?
Aluminum ceilings by default, and gypsum or other non-aluminum ceilings with the accessory package. Allow at least 20 cm of head clearance above the ceiling.

Yes. The 3060 standardized size supports multi-joint installation, so several units can be combined into one larger sky.

Is it dimmable?

Do I need a gateway for voice control?

Which decorative frame should I choose?
The Cielo uses a magnetic decorative frame in a convex (636 x 327 mm) or inset (660 x 351 mm) style. Tell us which you prefer when you order.

What color and quality of light does it give?
An 8000K sky-white tone with CRI Ra 90+, so surfaces and skin tones look natural.
