Design and Finish
The name Ambra is the Italian word for amber, after the warm honey glow the shades give off when lit. Two cylindrical stone-look shades with soft white, rose and rust veining sit above and below a layered triple-ring brass collar, mounted on a compact brushed brass backplate.
No two shades are marked exactly alike, so each fixture has its own natural-looking pattern. The satin brass finish adds warmth against deep colors, plaster, timber and stone.
Bulbs and Dimming
Ambra takes two E12 (candelabra base) bulbs, with a maximum of 20W as marked on the fixture label. The bulbs you choose set the brightness and color temperature, so you can tune the glow to each room. Please contact us if you would like help choosing bulbs.
For dimming, use dimmable E12 bulbs with a compatible dimmer. Dimming performance depends on the bulb and dimmer combination, so please confirm compatibility before ordering. Installation should be completed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes.
Where to Use It

- Dining and living rooms: flank a sideboard, artwork, mirror or fireplace with a pair.
- Hallways and entryways: repeat the sconce along a wall for a warm, rhythmic glow.
